Singing lessons in Worcester MA

At CMacJ Music Group, my philosophy is simple - to help you find and express your unique, inner voice.

Just as every person is different, so too is every voice.  The techniques I use are designed to allow you to explore your own natural sound, not fit you into a generic vocal mold.

Ask yourself:

  • Is your voice lacking power or strength?

  • Is your range diminished or smaller than you'd like?

  • Do you have problems staying on pitch or sustaining sounds?

  • Do you shy away from singing or speaking on stage?

  • Do you regularly suffer from hoarseness, or vocal loss?

  • Do you experience vocal fatigue after using your voice for any amount of time?

  • Have you ever been called "tone-deaf"?

  • Have you ever considered vocal coaching or instruction but were afraid you'd lose your own unique vocal  style or sound?

If you've answered "yes" to any of these questions, you're not alone.  There are innumerous professional singers (and public speakers) who remain plagued by these very problems today.  Regardless of your vocal or artistic style, I can help you attain, regain and maintain control of your voice.

As a singer and private vocal educator, I have coached and instructed hundreds of students over the past 30 years who have come from a variety of vocal fields.  I've taught singers, actors, public speakers, doctors, news-personalities, law-enforcement officers, military personnel - I've worked with children, adults, amateurs, professionals and hobbyists in both contemporary and classical styles.  My methodology is NOT style-dependent.  This means regardless what you want to use your voice for, I can help.

"It gives you a feeling of great satisfaction and joy knowing that you can reach deep down into yourself, and return, to share that part of you with someone else.  This is what it means to be an Artist.  As Artists, we have the ability to let people see the beauty that we see; to feel the emotions that we feel.  We are the magic makers of the world, weaving our tapestries of thought and emotion, creating positive change in those we touch."
